Frequently asked questions
How do I add a table number to each guest?
Paste one guest per line. Separate the name and optional table with a tab or |: Alex Morgan | Table 4. A name on its own is also valid. You can enter up to 200 guests.
What is the difference between flat and folded cards?
A flat card is 3.5×2 inches and can lie on the table or sit in a card holder. A folded card is 3.5×4 inches before folding; its finished face is 3.5×2 inches. Use the fold guide in the PDF to make a tent card.
How many cards fit on one page?
The flat layout fits 10 cards on A4 or 8 on US Letter. The folded layout fits 4 cards on either size. Longer lists continue onto additional pages, with cutting guides and, where needed, fold guides.
What print settings should I use?
Select the same paper size as the PDF and print at 100% / Actual size. Disable Fit to page, which changes the card dimensions. Print a test sheet first and use paper your printer supports.
Can I make escort cards or name cards for a dinner?
Yes. An escort card helps a guest find their table; a place card marks their seat. Add a table label when needed, or leave it blank for a dinner, meeting or other event.
